Site Superintendent
We are looking for experienced individuals to join our team as working Site Superintendents. Our ideal candidates will be able to communicate with our clients and sub-trades, and motivate all team players to create the artfully designed, architecturally significant, and detail oriented projects for which we are known in South Western Ontario. We are especially interested in candidates who have owned their own company for a number of years, and now wish to focus on the things that you enjoy more, and do best.

The ideal candidate for these exciting positions will have the following skills and qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in a similar role
• Carpenter with extensive experience in residential construction & remodeling
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications, and calculate accurate measurements
• A passion for construction, high quality workmanship and customer service
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Able to juggle multiple projects and competing demands

Apprentice Carpenter
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Carpenter.
As an apprentice carpenter with LCS you will be part of a team that creates the artfully designed, architecturally significant, and detail oriented projects for which we are known in South Western Ontario.
 
The ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity will have the following skills and qualifications:

• On track to become a licensed carpenter
• Experience with general carpentry, finish carpentry, framing, form work, drywall, insulation, flooring, exterior finishing, repairs, renovations
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications, and calculate accurate measurements
• A passion for construction, high quality workmanship and customer service
• Commitment to working safely
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Able to juggle multiple projects and competing demands
